1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and purchasing from the IzarKonexio website ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IzarKonexio regarding your use of the Site to purchase products such as keyboards, mice, and headphones. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this Site.
2. Product Information and Orders
IzarKonexio strives to ensure all product information, including descriptions, specifications, and prices for our keyboards, mice, and headphones, is accurate. However, we do not warrant that such information is entirely error-free. All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at our sole discretion.
Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occur when we send you an order confirmation email to the address you provided.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IzarKonexio, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or the products purchased, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the Site or products shall not exceed the total amount you paid to IzarKonexio for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability.
4. Intellectual Property Protection
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of IzarKonexio or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The IzarKonexio name and logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of IzarKonexio. You are not permitted to use any of these marks without our prior written consent. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any information or content obtained from the Site.
5. Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a keyboard, mouse, or headphone purchased from IzarKonexio, you may return it under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
- Non-Returnable Items: Software, opened audio software/driver CDs, and any product damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IzarKonexio is legally established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
