At IzarKonexio, we are committed to getting your premium keyboards, mice, and headphones to you efficiently and securely. This policy outlines our standard shipping procedures.
Shipping Method & Processing
We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.
Shipping Destinations & Times
We ship to most international destinations. Delivery times for Standard Shipping vary by location:
- Domestic (within the country of origin): 3-7 business days after processing.
- International: 7-21 business days after processing.
Please note these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the destination address. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. All applicable charges will be displayed transparently before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. IzarKonexio is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will attempt to update the order if it has not yet been processed for shipping.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to IzarKonexio. Please contact your local customs office for information on potential charges before ordering.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance or note the damage with the carrier. For any issues with lost or damaged shipments, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and resolve the issue promptly.
