At IzarKonexio, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our products: Keyboards, Mice, and Headphones.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused, and unopened condition.
  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
  • Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

For hygiene reasons, Headphones that have been removed from their sealed inner packaging cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain situations are exempt from refunds:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper care.
  • Items returned without all original components and packaging.
  • Any product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Contact our support team at [email protected] within the return period. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or an item different from your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a prepaid return label for you and expedite a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.

Refund Timeline

After your return is approved, please allow:

  • 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed by our team.
  • An additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card account, depending on your financial institution's policies.
